Cancel and Refund Policy

At Divine Care Foundation, we strive to provide seamless experiences for all our event participants. Below are the terms of our refund policy:

Event Cancellation by Organizers:
- If the event (online or offline) is canceled by the organizers for any reason, the full entry fee will be refunded to all registered participants.
- The refund process will be initiated automatically, and participants can expect the amount to be credited within 7 business days.
Participant Cancellation:
- If a participant wishes to cancel their entry for any reason, they must inform the organizers at least 24 hours before the event.
- Cancellations can be communicated through a WhatsApp message to the number provided during registration.
- If the cancellation is made within the specified time frame, the full entry fee will be refunded.
- Please note, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Execution:
- Refunds may take up to 7 business days to be processed after approval.
